Watertown Square Area Plan: new poll

Tell Us What You Think about the Present and Future of Watertown Square!

Thank you to all members of the community for your continued feedback on the Watertown Square Area Plan. The City appreciates your candid feedback as we all work to build a more livable and walkable Watertown Square. We’d like to get your full input as we begin to develop our proposed plan.

We’re starting a new and different online survey to collect people’s opinions about key issues in Watertown Square. The online Polis engagement platform identifies clusters of people with similar opinions on an issue. The Polis survey launched today, Thursday, October 26, 2023.

Take the Survey

If you could not attend the October 17 kick-off event, we encourage you to watch the broadcast here. Additionally, you can complete the kick-off survey if you have not done so already through the end of the day today, October 26, here. Please note that the kick-off survey will close at the end of the day today as we shift gears to the Polis survey!

Watertown Square Area Plan Kick-off Event – Presentation Recording and Survey Available

On behalf of the City of Watertown, we would like to thank everyone who joined the Watertown Square Area Plan Kick-off Event on October 17, 2023. We appreciate the community's dedication to improving Watertown Square.

If you were unable to attend the event, you can view a recording of the kick-off event here.

Additionally, we would like to hear your thoughts on the kick-off event and Watertown Square via the
following survey

The ambitious plan for Watertown Square will look at all physical and human-centered aspects of the study area, with a special emphasis on the configuration and design characteristics of the public realm - including streets, sidewalks, and open spaces - as well as the buildings that define and activate it.

Moving forward, Watertown Community Conversations will begin scheduling Kitchen Table Conversations (KTCs): Thank you to everyone who signed up as a KTC host. Stay tuned for future announcements to participate in a KTC and visit Watertown Community Conversations to learn about other community projects.
